How to claim

If you find any product in our range cheaper elsewhere, we promise to beat it! (*limitations apply, view full terms below for details). 

Simply email us at pricematch@sextoysfor.men including a link to the specific product that you found cheaper and we'll be in touch as soon as we have processed it.

Our staff will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. To enable us to agree a Price Promise quickly, please make sure to include as much information as possible and review the full terms and conditions below:

  1. Once a Price Promise request has been approved we will offer you a price that's below the price offered by the competitor. This excludes our partner website 'awaken my sexuality' and in these cases we will offer the same price as the competitor.
  2. The product in question must be new, identical in style, specification, size and colour, and offered on the same terms.
  3. Our Price Promise can be claimed against any dedicated online sex toy retailer in the mainland UK, but excluding factory outlets, membership clubs, duty free shops, home shopping channels, auction sites, market stalls, private sales and liquidation (or any other "closing down" or insolvency) sales.
  4. The competitor website must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery.
  5. We must also have the product in question in stock.
  6. Gift vouchers are exempt.
  7. Typographical errors shall not apply. No affiliate, promotional, voucher code or media discount applies. Any other retailer's price match promotion which offers an additional rebate or other benefit for any price matched product is also excluded.
  8. We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor to our satisfaction, and that price must be more than our Wholesale purchase price (plus 20% VAT).
  9. The price being matched must include all taxes (including VAT), postage and packing charges as applicable.
  10. All Price Promise transactions are carried out at the discretion of Following The Energy Ltd (Parent Company)

We reserve the right to withdraw this Price Promise at any time.
